Access to the Website services

The Company undertakes to use all the means at its disposal to offer the best services to the User and to facilitate their access.

In this regard, the Company strives to ensure the Website is accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

However, this access may be interrupted at the initiative of the Company or its service providers, responsible for the implementation and hosting of the Website for maintenance reasons or any other technical reason. In these specific cases of interruption, the Company will endeavour to inform the User beforehand and to limit the duration of the interruption. 

The Company also reserves the right to interrupt the access to its services without being held liable, including in cases such as attacks on the Website (viruses, malicious intrusions, etc.) likely to have an impact on the capacity, security and the integrity of the processing or data, brought to the Company’s knowledge of the presence of illicit content; or demand for the suspension or restriction of access to the Website, authorised by an administrative or judicial authority or by formal notice from a third party.

Data confidentiality and security 

The company complies with the legislative requirements of the Law No78-17 of January 6th 1978 as amended, known as the “Data Protection Act” and regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing the User’s personal data.

In particular, the Company undertakes to ensure the security of the data in order to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorised third parties and to use them exclusively for the purpose of managing the User’s ‘spontaneous’ applications or applications for positions to be filled and their follow-up.

Neither the Company nor any affiliated company from the Group that uses the Website can be held responsible for fraudulent use of the access code.  

Any transaction undertaken on the Website with the login credentials of the User, is deemed to have been made on the behalf of the User’s name and engages his/her responsibility.

The Website is intended exclusively to facilitate the Company’s recruitment procedures. It must be accessible to the User for the sole purpose of enabling them to consult job offers and submit applications. In this respect, the User shall refrain, in particular, from any use contrary to the law in his personal space and in the free text areas made available on the website, and in particular from sending messages or recording content of a violent, defamatory or illegal nature.

Information relating to the User is treated with respect and under confidentiality by the duly authorised personnel in charge of the Company’s human resources department, by an external recruitment firm which the Company may if necessary, call upon, when applicable, as well as the IT service providers involved in the implementation of the Website, for the sole purpose of analysing the content of CVs sent by the User and to proceed with recruitment processes.

No personal information is collected without the User’s knowledge or processed for purposes not intended.
